Vocal

Malcolm has a one person show designed for retirement homes, weddings, private parties etc..

A one hour set typically contains 18 songs and can be customized to a client's needs.

Malcolm is a baritone, and specializes in popular songs dominantly from the 50's and 60's.  Vocalists such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Michael Bublé, Jim Reeves, Willie Nelson, Elvis Presley, Ray Price, Bobby Darin, Andy Williams, The Beatles ... figure prominently in Malcolm's repertoire.

In some songs Malcolm supplements the arrangement with a bit of tasteful trombone.

Very occasionally Malcolm will haul along a guitar to play some Canadian Folk classics.  This is rare but unavoidable.

Although not fluentlly bilingual, Malcolm can speak well enough to amuse and has numerous French language songs in his repertoire - as well as some in Spanish and some in Italian.

Malcolm will happily incorporate song requests and create 'theme' shows.

Singing along and dancing are encouraged.

Backing tracks true to the original recordings are used to re-create the songs just as folks remember them.

New material is being prepared on an ongoing basis and suggestions are most welcomed.
